From 19тАУ21 August 2026, Opportunity Village Nepal (OVN) organized a three-day Trauma Healing Therapeutic Workshop for 45 women and girls involved in the entertainment sector in Pokhara, with support from the Good Shepherd International Foundation, Nepal. Heart-Mind Consultancy (HMC) facilitated the workshop.
Through art, storytelling, grounding, relaxation, self-care, and future-focused activities, participants explored their experiences, expressed difficult emotions, and reflected on their journey toward healing. There were moments of tears and pain, but also connection, courage, laughter, and hope.
Healing takes time, but a safe space, supportive relationships, and the right guidance can help us move forward.
