Our Services

Individual Counseling Services

Heart-Mind Consultancy provides personalized psychological counseling for individuals experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties. Our counseling sessions, each lasting around 45 minutes, are designed to offer a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The focus of our counseling is both emotional support and solution-focused therapy. We address issues such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, relationship problems, and feelings of hopelessness, among others. Clients also learn practical coping techniques, including guided exercises and therapy methods to help them manage emotional distress. Counseling sessions are available by appointment, with flexible scheduling on weekends and evenings. For individuals unable to visit the center, we also offer home-based care on a need basis.

Mental Health Research & Insights

Research is a vital component of our work at Heart-Mind Consultancy. We regularly engage in small-scale studies to understand local mental health challenges and service gaps. Our current research activities are centered around clients at our counseling center. In the future, we aim to expand into intervention-based research, provided funding becomes available. Our research helps inform our training modules, counseling practices, and advocacy strategies, ensuring our services are both evidence-based and culturally relevant.
